Pre-filter: A pre-filter cartridge is used to separate silt, sand, and other particles. It protects the RO membrane from any damage due to these particles.
This cartridge must be changed every 6-9 months in order to safeguard the membrane.
Semipermeable RO Membrane: Here the water is put under pressure and passed through this membrane in order to separate dissolved particles like salts, minerals, etc. from water. This way, only the pure water flows through.
This membrane must be cleaned every 3 to 4 months. This way the life of the membrane can be increased. Moreover, every 2-3 years, it must be changed without fail.
Post-filter: This is the last stage of water purification. It helps to remove any taste and odor from water. It must be changed every 6 to 9 months.
Polishing filter: This is the last stage of our RO system. It is an activated carbon filter which ensures crystal clear water that tastes good. A polishing filter must be changed every year.
Water Tank: It must be sanitized every year to get pure drinking water.
Pressure Nozzle: Do not forget to check this part at regular intervals to ensure that it is working properly.
Annual Maintenance: You must get your RO system serviced by a licensed engineer annually.
